A controller based DSP with field bus is discussed in detail. Because of its field bus structure, it has strong expansibility, good flexibility and good maintainability. With changing a few hardware modular and modifying software, it can meet the requirements of most plastic injection machines.Aiming at the actuality in the field of the plastic injection machine controller,A new temperature control strategy for extruder barrel is raised and realized.This thesis consists of six sections:In the first section, the author synthetically review the development and the actuality of PIM, the species, the tendency and the feasibility of the PIM control system .At last, the content and study strategies of this thesis are briefly introduced.In the second section, the author detailedly depict the implement of hardware with a DSP based controller with field bus, firstly hardware condition is mentioned and moulding field bus is explained in detail. Later, each module interface and function is introduced. Finally a point of industrialization in hardware is raised.In the third section, the author detailedly depict the implement of software if a DSP based controller with field bus, firstly the integered frame of software system is discussed. Later, each programmable module is analysed step by step. Finally a point of industrialization in software is raised.In the forth section, based on a DSP based controller with field bus, it realized the PID and fuzzy control. Firstly its characteristic is tested and studied. Later, PID and fuzzy control arithmetic are used for controlling, experiment data are analysed and studied ,with that the results are presented. Lastly parameter of the PID and fuzzy control is corrected subjectively so that the perfect effect is achieved.In the fifth section, based on a DSP based controller with field bus, it realized the dual-value Dynamic Matrix Control. Firstly the principles of predictive control are introduced and the Dynamic Matrix Control strategy is discussed. Later, Dual-value Dynamic Matrix Control is used to control briefly. Lastly dual-value Dynamic Matrix Control Algorithm is put in practice on the decoupling control of extruder barrel.The last section is a summary of the whole research work. The main achievements of this thesis are mentioned and the conceit of the further developing work is pointed out.
