| In the process of extrusion,the temperature control precision is one of the important factors that affect the quality and yield of the extruder,in this paper,the study of intelligent control methods of extruder temperature,put forward a kind of chaotic particle swarm optimization(ACPSO)based on adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm,improve the control precision of wood plastic extruder temperature,reduce the system temperature fluctuations.In the extrusion production material tube with external,in the area of the cylinder between the large amounts of heat transfer,there is a cylinder wall between the heater and the heater,which causes the heater to be sluggish,so the cylinder temperature system with nonlinear,timevarying and large lag features,this makes the material barrel temperature rising slowly,parameter setting,poor ability to resist disturbance.Traditional PID control depend on the accurate mathematical model of online setting parameter is difficult,however,the fuzzy control PID control can adjust the parameters online,but the membership function and fuzzy rules are obtained by the actual production experience,and the adaptive ability is poor.The PSO algorithm is used to optimize the fuzzy PID control to a certain extent to improve the fuzzy PID control of the system overshoot,temperature fluctuations and long time adjustment,but because of the premature convergence of PSO algorithm,assume a serious expression is easy to fall into local extremum problems which control effect of barrel temperature on the extrusion machine is not very ideal.To solve the above problems,this paper presents a fuzzy PID control based on ACPSO optimization,use of the ergodicity of chaos particle swarm initialization,the nonlinear adjustment mechanism to adjust the inertia weight coefficient of the whole group to improve the global and local searching ability of fuzzy PID controller parameters KP,KI,KD,Ke,Kec optimization,can overcome premature convergence of PSO algorithm is easy to fall into local extremum points and so on.The application of fuzzy PID control method is proposed to optimize ACPSO control machine barrel temperature on the extrusion can get barrel temperature control parameters optimal system performance,can improve the control accuracy,barrel temperature to reduce the temperature fluctuation,the control effect is significantly improved,enhance the mechanical properties of the plate and the internal structure of wood the plate quality,realize the sheet quality improvement,reduced the relative cost,is conducive to the expansion of promotion.The control method is simulated and compared with the fuzzy PID control and particle swarm optimization fuzzy PID.The simulation results show that the optimized ACPSO fuzzy PID control in plastic extruder barrel temperature control,with fast heating speed,small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability,and can fast approximate the set value,greatly enhance the extruder temperature control effect.Finally,the control method in our laboratory for biomass production in small scale production line verification,through the comparison of mechanical properties,yield and production efficiency of the plate under different control methods,prove that this control method can improve the anti-interference ability better,extruder temperature control precision,enhance the extrusion production efficiency,is conducive to enhancing plastic extrusion product quality,has a very important significance to promote the green wood plastic composite products. |
