Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus licheniformis and Bifidobacterium bifidum were used as probiotic bacteria in this paper. The conditions and culture medium of culturing these three probiotic together were optimized, and the cost was reduced. The time of reaching logarithmic growth phase of probiotic was declined with adding xylo-oligosaccharide during the multiplication. The synbiotics was obtained by adding prebiotics into probiotic bacteria. The technology of emulsifying condensation polymerization to make micro-spheres capsule was also studied. Experimental results showed that the survival rate of probiotic could reach 72.5% after being kept in artificial gastric juice for 2h. The probiotic bacteria had the antimicrobial function to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The survival rate of synbiotics micro-spheres was much higher and the conservation time of product was much longer than those of frozen-dried powder on the same condition. The efficacious storage life of synbiotics micro-spheres was 1.6 year.
