| With the development of international oceanic science and technology, the ocean environmental monitoring technique in some developed countries has phased into automatic and intelligentized stage. In contrast, china in this researching field was lagged behind, especially 15 years behind in the study of in-situ auto determination analyzer apparatus. In the light of this situation, National Ministry of Science and Technology proposed oceanic 863 projects plan and imbursed development of ocean high-tech products. This auto analyzer for seawater nutrients projects was set up formally in 1997, and the apparatus for nitrate, nitrite and silicate suitable for buoy platform operation have been developed. The development of underwater auto analyzer for ammonia and silicate was listed in the national 863 plan special projects, the National Oceanic Environment Monitoring Center was mainly responsible for the optimization of techniques for auto determination of ammonia and silicate and reagent stability study. Therefore, this paper analyzed the factors that affect the trial condition. In order to fulfill the requirement of techniques of underwater auto analysis, and keep the latest literature in mind, this paper ameliorated the analysis techniques of seawater ammonia and silicate, tested the physical and chemical condition including: reagent chroma, reagent acidity and alkalinity, reagent confecting ratio, reagent stability, reaction time and reaction temperature, the inspection test to the precision and nicety was carried out as well. The analysis method after amelioration simplified the operation process and shortened the analysis time, solved the problem of reagent conservation and stability, this technique process is suitable for the pointing, timing and long-term monitoring for the seawater nutrient, as well as satisfying the requirement of working underwater for 4-6 weeks continuously, and the accuracy satisfied the minimal standard of Therefore the optimization of this analyzer is satisfactory. In summary, the selection of test condition in this paper can be used in the amendment of regular water quality analysis, as well as providing some useful reference. In the mean time, this paper will provide academic basis to the development of environment science and even the in-situ determination of seawater nutrient. |
