Reservoir Tourism Exploitation And Water Envioronment Protection In Hei Longjiang Province

There were nearly 624 reserviors in hei longjiang Province, among which, more than 160 . reserviors had been developed for tourism, however, only fifty reservoir landscapes had the potential for sustain development, the rest were exploited blindly without scientific planning and demonstration. In total, the reservoir tourism of this Province took on the characters of fast development in number, too many problem waited to be solved, poor exploitation status and lack of Potentiality for development. With the support and encourage from water administration, the reservoir tourism of this province will make rapid progress in both quantity and quality. At present, less research on reservoir tourism for this province was conducted. Based on the methods of data statistic, expert interview and representative case analysis, a research on the development status of reservoir tourism in Heilongjiang Province and the influence factors of water environment were conducted from 2003 to 2005.Based on the analysis of the characters of reservoir resources of Heilongjiang Province, and taking the geographic situation, climate conditions, water resource space and time . distribution and the economic status of reservoir administeration into account, this paper discussed the necessary and the possibility of reservoir resources for tour development of this province. In this paper, the author made a study on the quantity distribution and the situation distribution of reservoir landscapes in each main district in hei longjiang provice. We could also obtained the detail materials of 38 typical reservoir of this province about the year when the reservoir was built, the main functions.the stage of development, landscape level.typical landscape, reservoir classification .tour exploitation mattern and the net-puff of every reservoir. According to the result of synthesis analysis of every index of 38 reservoir scenery in Heilongjiang province, this paper analyzed the present conditions and existing problems, and also gave a foresight for tour development. The results show that the proportion of rcservior tourism resources will increasing in the future. With the development of reservoir tourism in this province, many main problems became serious and limited the sustain development of reservoir tourism, such as the reservoir project quality, tour exploitation pattern, the conllict between tourism and other functions, disseminate strength, environment destroy, little research and so on. All these problems had become the main threatens which influnecd the suatain development of hei longjiang province.Among 38 representative reservior landscapes, the water environment of erlongshan province-level reservior landscape was in the status of degeneration, the reservior could not complete the main function for water supply. The water protection of honghu country-level landscape made great achievements. Having taken two famous reservoirs of Erlongshan and Red lake reservoir of this province as typical cases, this paper analyzed systematically the following causese that influnced water enviorionment: sewage, fertilization, natural disaster, landscape construction and a series of tourist actions.
