Research On The Sustainable Development Of The Environment For Longfeng District In Daqing City

With environmental problems appearing in the global scope, the tenet that combining economic development with environment protection and social justice advised by the sustainable development has achieved more and more understandings and approval. The conception of sustainable development gave an end to the wrong viewpoint that economic development opposed to the protection of environment and resources. It also indicated definitely that they should contact with each other and were each other's cause and result. Sustainable development has become the only true choice for existence and development of human beings in the 21 century. The thesis recommends and fully confirms the viewpoint of sustainable development. It points out that the problem of sustainable development of the city is a harmonizing development of pursuing economics, society and ecology. That is sustainable development rooted from environment protection, and sustainable development of the environment is the strategic base of all.First of all, have described the state of development of environment over the past ten years ,that is 1994-2003, in Longfeng district and development trend tentatively through the collection and arrangement of the data, through analyzing and discovering the Longfeng district. Design the comprehensive evaluation index system by using the method of AHP. The evaluation index system includes the objective layer ,that is sustainable development of environment .Further, the criterion layer is the quality of environment, the construction of environment and the administration of environment.Secondly , use the analytical method of the main composition to appraise analyzing to the comprehensive development levels of ten years of environment of Longfeng. Use the method of AHP to evaluate the level total index of sustainable development of environment of Longfeng district. The total index consists of stage and sustainable and comparative analyzing of every factor indexanalyzing of development of environment.At last , propose the goal of environment of development of Longfeng district ,and the solve countermeasure of environment of issue to above-mentioned analysis.
