Study On The Sustainable Development Capacity Of Ningxia Restricted Development Ecological Zone

With the rapid development of the country's industrialization and urbanization,the scale of economic and social activities has expanded,and the pressure on the ecosystem has become greater and greater.Restricting the development of ecological zones as a region with limited development of land and space,it faces the dual pressure of development and protection.Exploring the ability to limit the development of eco-economic system sustainable development in eco-regions is conducive to understanding the path and model of economic and social development under ecological constraints,especially the choice of high-quality development,which determines whether the scale and intensity of regional development is beneficial to macroscopically.Achieve national control requirements and local goals to improve people's livelihood and seek prosperity.As a typical county in the restricted development zone of Ningxia,Yanchi County is rich in resources,fragile environment and limited in social and economic development Achieving a balance between ecological and socio-economic development requires an assessment of regional sustainable development capabilities to determine the scale of regional development and development.Correct assessment of the sustainable development capacity of Yanchi County's ecological economy has important reference significance for improving the capacity of Yanchi County and other sustainable development zones.Based on the limitations of development zone planning and sustainable development theory,this paper uses the ecosystem service value assessment and exergy analysis methods to quantitatively analyze the sustainability of ecosystems and the sustainable development of socio-economic systems during 2012-2017.The theoretical sustainability and realistic sustainability of the eco-economic system are constantly increasing,while the theoretical sustainability is higher than the actual sustainability;the SPSS software is used to analyze the fire consumption and output of the seven sectors of the socio-economic system.Refer to the ecosystem sustainability assessment method to calculate the socio-economic system theory and the ability of sustainable development Furthermore,the ability of sustainable development of the eco-economic system in Yanchi County during the past six years was obtained,and the comprehensive capacity of the sustainable development of the eco-economic system in Yanchi County was continuously rising.Among them,the comprehensive sustainable capacity of the socio-economic system is positively correlated with the comprehensive sustainable development capability of the entire eco-economic system.In 2017,the sustainable development capacity coefficient of the eco-economic system in Yanchi County reached the highest level in 6 years.The mining,service and agricultural sectors are the three most sustainable sectors.The industrial sector,the transport sector and the transformation sector are the sectors with the least sustainable capacity and are those that need to enhance their sustainability.
