The Study On Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Naodesheng Dispersible Tablet

Naodesheng tablet and Naodesheng pellet are playing the vital role in cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism and sequela of cerebral hemorrhage, and are recorded in 2005 Pharmacopoeia. Because the artwork of these two preparations is backward, there are many limitations in the two preparations. For example taking amount is great, disintegration velocity is slow, dissolution rate is little, and quality controllability is difficult, which limit clinical practice of the preparation. In order to meet the clinical need and solve the above shortcomings, this study has been done systematically on the Naodesheng dispersible tablet. The main ingredient in the preparation is difficult to dissolve in the water, so it suits to be dispersible tablet. The experiment researches on prescription composition, modeling technique and quality standard, and provides new ideas for the realization of the modernization of Chinese medicine.In the earlier period, the artwork of all medical material's extraction and purification has been investigated. During the preparation of dispersible tablet, tabletting method, categories of disintegrants, affiliating method of disintegrants, categories of swelling accessories and tabletting pressure are selected through mono-factor testing by observing tablet formation, dispersible uniformity and disintegration time. Orthogonal experiment is exploited to optimize the proportion of disintegrants and swelling accessories by determining the disintegration time. The quality standard of dispersible tablet is evaluated by appearance check, thin layer chromatogram, weight difference, dispersible uniformity test, disintegration time, dissolution and the content measurement. The quality standards of dispersible tablet are established.The study is guided by the Chinese medicine theory, laying scientific foundation on the industries' production and further development of Naodesheng dispersible tablet, and offering the reference for the expanding of old age market and research of solid preparation.
