Naodesheng tablet and Naodesheng Pellet recorded in 2005 Pharmacopeia are simple prescription and possess definite effect. There are many limitations in the two dosages, for example taking amount is great, disintegration velocity is slow, dissolution rate is little, which results in the present dosage backwards. This study has been done systematically on the extraction, purifying the active component of Naodesheng and preparation, etc. by using new methods and technique, and it has provided new ideas for the realization of the modernization of Chinese medicine.During the extraction experiment of Panax Notoginseng, alcohol extraction process of Panax Notoginseng had been optimized by using the orthogonal experimental method, utilizing HPLC as the examination method, and taking the Ginsenoside Rg₁ as the quota target. Through the astir condition absorption inspection, the divulge curve protract, the D101 macroporous resin had been determined to concentrate the active components, thus optimized the purified method of the prescription.During the preparation of dispersible tablets, tabletting method, categories of disintegrants, affiliating method and tabletting pressure were selected through mono-factor testing by observing tablet formation, dispersible uniformity and disintegration time. The quality standards of dispersible tablet were established.The study was guided by the Chinese medicine theory,provided the scientific foundation for the big industries's production, and established foundation for the standardization of preparation, and offered the reference for the expanding old age market and the solid preparation.
