The research used seed of Sophora alopecuroides L. which was producted in XinJiang as raw material to study extraction efficiency of alkaloid in Sophora alopecuroides L. by solvent extraction,microwave. By the experiment,we determined the optimum extracting solvent and technological conditions.The well-distributed design was used to study the effect of extraction alkaloid in Sophora alopecuroides L..These factors included different microwave time ,solvent concentraction, different sizes of Sophora alopecuroides L.,and extraction time.The optimum conditions for extraction were: microwave time 20s , 65%ethanol , sophora size 70, extraction time 7h.The ration of alkaloids extraction is 75%.In the study,ultraviolet spectrum,thin layer chromatography(TLC)were used to quantitative analysis of seed of Sophora alopecuroides L. which was producted in different region of XinJiang . Results showed that seed of Sophora alopecuroides L.of wujiaqu was highest matrine. By studying cation exchange resin , determined the optimum parameter of extraction technology of Alkaloid in Sophora alopecuroides L.Antimicrobial activity of Alkaloid in Sophora alopecuroides L. were tested against bacterium. Results showed there had strong antimicrobial effects for bacterium. By deeply studyed the method of separating Alkaloid in Sophora alopecuroides L.,we determined Al3O2 column chromatography was the efficiency of separation. In this paper, we deeply studied the each parameter of purify matrine and oxymatrine. TLC, ultraviolet spectrum were used to identify the qualification of crystallization, and and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to identify the purification of crystallization.
