| Sophora alopecuroides L, growing in northwest region of China, is a commonly used medicinal material. The current studies about it are limited to the alkaloid of it, and little about the Flavones, especially total flavones. In this paper, the Extraction of the Flavones from the seeds and leaves of Sophora alopecuroides L were investigated, and a method of quantitative determination of total flavones is established by three wavelength spectrophotometry. In addition, process design and equipments selection for industrial production are carried out detailedly. The main contents and some conclusions are provided as follows. At first, Extraction of the Flavones from the seeds of Sophora alopecuroides L using Soxhlet extraction. Orthogonal array design L9 (34) is applied to optimize the condition. The intuitionistic analysis to the experimental data shows the extraction rate was 0.63% under the optimal condition (Extraction time:180min, temperature:80℃, concentration of ethanol: 70%, ratio of solid to liquid:1:5). Secondly, the influence of chlorophyll on the extraction of Flavones from the leaves of Sophora alopecuroides L. The results indicated the extraction rate of total flavones was about 0.425% after removing chlorophyll by mineral ether. Then, investigations on the extraction technology of total flavones together with alkaloid by experiments. And then, the method for quantitative determination of total flavones was studied, and a method by three wavelength spectrophotometry is established. At last, process design and equipments selection for industrial production of the synergistic extraction of total flavones and alkaloid were carried out. Technical parameters are also determined, the utilizing effect of this process was evaluated. |
