Reverse micelles is a novel biometric system to simulate living environment for enzymes. Hydrate formation in reverse micelles has a good application prospect in modifying enzyme activity and in recovering the protein. Foreign scholars have made some exploratory researches on the above. But in our country no relevant research results are published as yet. In this paper, hydrate formation characteristics in reverse micelles system and its influencing mechanism for the water content of reverse micelles were researched through hydrate formation experiment. It will provide the theoretical foundation for the research of modifying enzyme activity and recovering active materials through hydrate formation in reverse micelles system.The 40 kinetic data of ethylene hydrate formation in pure water and in reverse micelles system and 6 solubility data were measured.
