Study On Eco-city Construction Evaluation And Strategy

City is the concentration embodiment of mankind produce, life and civilization harvest, is the important symbol of human social civilization and prosperous; it is a syntheses, not only the concentrates of population but also the center of district politics, economy, culture, technological center, it occupy the prominent position in the national economy. Since the Industrial Revolution of 18 centuries, the city created enormous wealth to mankind, but it can't be neglect that the traditional economy develop mode have broken the ecosystem environment of the city, the environment social effects of pollution can't be forbidden, it seriously restrict the development of the city. Therefore, how to valid control urban environment pollution, how to improve the urban environment quality, how to make the ecosystem, society and economy develop with compeletly, keep on, stabilize and harmonious, that have become the target of mankind pursue at the new century.The city wants to realize the sustainable development must in the way with ecosystem, the theories of the eco-city produces under this kind of background, Eco-city is the new tendency of city development in the future, that having caused the extensive concern of domestic and international, but from the theories and the practice, we can kn/ow it is still in the phase of the search, have not form the unify the science theories system and the practice direction, all countries and related policy and theories index systems with the eco-city not perfect, needing the establishment and sanity urgently.Now, our country is bringing about the high tide of city developments at the second time, many cities all make the development target with the eco-city conduct, but in actual developments, however leading lacking effectively with method.
