Abstract/Summary:
Fluoride is the indispensable microelement of human body, it plays a very important party in human health. The proper intake can prevent the decayed tooth, maintain the normal calcium and phosphate metabolism, buildup the skeletal strength and help the child development. At present, toothpaste with fluoride is used to prevent the decayed tooth. Tea tree is typical plant with high fluoride. The fluoride in tea is the natural resource which can be used to produce and must has the favorable prospect. For the first time, the research focus on the exploitation and utilization of the tea fluoride. Using raw dark tea as material, studied on a new method -Alizarin Complexone Spectrophotometry to detect the tea fluoride. Then the extraction method was researched and this method would be suit for industrial product and produce tea extracts with high-level content of fluoride. Also, applying anion-exchange resin and alcohol-deposition technic isolated and enriched the fluoride from tea extraction. The main results were as showed:1. Using Alizarin Complexone spectrophotometry determinate the fluoride in tea extraction directly, A good linearity relationship between the degree of absorbance and the concentration of fluoride was obtained when the concentration of fluoride was within the range of 0.1-0.7μg/ml. The determination method was characterized by precise degree, stability, convenience, simplicity and rapidity.2. Using H2O as dissolvent, the extraction method of fluoride-richness extract from raw dark tea was studied. At first the extract conditions were studied by single factor assays based on the content of fluoride in the extracts. Then the conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment and variance analysis. With the consideration of cost of production and the extract efficiency, the optimum conditions for the extract of tea fluoride were determined, that the temperature was 85℃, the ratio of solid to liquid was 32:1 and the extraction time was 70 minutes.3. With 717 anion-exchange resin separated the fluoride from tea extraction. The single factor tests, orthogonal experiment and variance analyses were applied to optimize the manipulation parameters. The results show that the saturated...
