Research And Development Of The Steel Pipe Measure,Stencil,Sorting System

The main topic of this paper is about steel pipe measure ,stencil ,sorting system. According to the researching and developing of correlative system in home and abroad, a global scheme of this system which is in the need of internal enterprises is presented; controlling system which is composed of Simatic PLC as DPM1, industrial PC as DPM2 is established.Firstly, the paper introduces currently developing condition of steel pipe measure ,stencil ,sorting system and other technologies involved, at home and abroad. Then, the existing shortcomings of correlative system in our country are given. The main work of this paper should be completed is concluded in this chapter.In chapter two, system composement and work process of weight system are stated, assemble chart of weight system is given. The type selection, installation, load adjustment of weighing sensor are particular introduced and the measure to enhance precision of weighing sensor is given.In chapter three, the composement and work process of measure system are intruduced first. By dissertatting the measure theory, the method of length of steel tube is deduced. According to the formula of length of steel tube, the error of measure system is analysised in theory. The character of system error and conclusion are made by analysising experimental data based on probability theory.In chapter four, the chapter introduces the theory of γ ray thickness gauge,the application in the measurement of the steel pipe wall thickness ;the detective sensor and the factory of affecting the precision are given.the formula of safety protection distance is analysisedIn chapter five, the composement and work mode of stencil system are narrated.the composement ,work process ,control flow and design character of sorting system are introducedIn chapter six, scheme of controlling software in this system is discussed. Functional blocks of softwares used in industrial PC and PLC are divided.In chapter seven,the work of dissertation is summarized and prospect of improving direction of system is presented.
