According to the existing domestic raw materials, the essay analyzed spinnable properties of the superfine cotton yarn at domestic cotton spinning equipment, it also predicted and estimated the yarn quality.With linear regression method, it analyzed the relationships between fibre linear density, fibre strength and plied yarn strength, when selecting raw materials.The result of the test shows: while spinning the superfine cotton yarn, single fibre strength is thought to be the primary factor to influence the spun yarn strength, it needs to be controlled between 3.9CN and 4.7CN .The essay analyses every factor that has effect on delaying time mixing in the Multi-Mixer blending process, and provided the most adaptable install height of photocell. Among carding process, the author revised theoretical speed ratio of the Cylinder taker-in which drave form the traditional cotton spinning craft. It considered that speed ratio to be controlled between 1.9 to 2.2 would be preferred when came to the longer cotton processing, in order to shift fibre smoother.It has made a theoretical analysis on the sequence drafting drawing craft, by using orthogonal method in the test, selected optimistic craft parameters, such as draft ratio, roller gauge, etc ...It produced the roving craft circuitry on propose of light ration, light tension, low speed, greater twist factor, analyzed the relationships between the roving forming angle and partial distance of spinning tension compensation device, when producing the superfine cotton yarn, the partial distance e<4mm.It presented the spun yarn craft circuitry on propose of low speed, moderating pressure, small forming, analyzed the relationships between the degree of top roller hardness and spun yarn qualities, with linear regression method. The best combination of top roller apron for superfine cotton yarn producing to be like these : the front top roller for 14 daN/duo-spindle ,roller nip deformation on static state to be 3.5-4.2mm , top roller hardness to be 65° -70° , using the series of NFR-E densification type for top roller , using the series of NFR-B inside design type for roller nip .Try to make the spun yarn quality achieve the anticipated demand by optimizing configuration on the craft parameters in every working procedure.
