Study On Dyeing Behavior Of Ultra-fine Fiber

In this paper, the different between Ultra-fine chemical fiber and normal chemical fiber has been introduced, by which many troubles would be meet in the spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of Ultra-fine chemical fiber. To improve the dyeing behave of Ultra-fine fiber, several measures, such as selecting suitable disperse dye, adjusting dyeing process and adding leveling agent, have been taken.The emphases of this paper is on the adding leveling agent, we studied the dyeing rate and the result indicated that leveling agent can improve dyestuffs' dyeing synchronism, resorption rate, dye mobility, high temperature dispersibility and compatibility by measuring these this items. Different dyes can be uptake uniformly by adding leveling agent whatever the temperature was, which will make sure dyestuffs' one-tone building-up and reduce the best dyeing repeatability.
