Fankou mineral processing grinding craft through several refor-mations develop to current craft that is run-of-mine two segment grinding and lead rougher bubble grinding. One and two segment grinding mill for run-of-mine install from one by one to two right nesses only one then two three right nesses two. In the aspects of economizing energy and declining consume, it obtain great achievement. To reduece the charge of the mineral grinding more, wedecide to introduce new type hydro cyclone-----CZ hydro cyclone, andgetting the ability 2600t/d of the second segment grinding.The research can be used to supply a need of reconstructing.Experiment on foundation for first segment grinding ability 2913t/d, homo logo sly overflow density and piratical size is 41% and 68.83%(the contain of -76μm). The parameter of efficiently CZ hydro cyclone is maven an experiment in laboratory. According to the result of experiment. We select CZ350 efficiently hydro cyclone in commercial test, we found that adopting three CZ350 efficiently hydro cyclone. The depth of insert pipe H=359mm. The diameter of overflow pipe d0=100mm the diameter of underflow pipe du=60mm, φ30mm ball taking place of the φ 40mm ball as grinding. New-born ability of grmding mill is improved from 0.785 t/h.m3 to 1.068 t/h.m3 . The second segment grinding ability is 2655.4t/d. the homologous density is 38.61%. The partials size of overflow is 85.4% -76μm .all of these attain the request of commercial test.
