Analysis And Research On The Product Line Of Cast Iron Horizontal Continuous Cast And The Key Equipments

Research and analysis have been done mainly on ZSL-02 cast iron horizontal continuous cast system and key equipments in the paper. Firstly, the function and structure of five primary systems in the product line are analyzed, including heat preservation system, traction system, synchronization cutting system, pressing system and liquid and electric control system. The function, action and design of the main parts in the synchronous cutter are analyzed according to craft, mainly concluding clamping mechanism, feeding mechanism, returning mechanism. The complete action cyclic process is also researched when the synchronous cutter is cutting different diameters and cyclic process logic diagram, electric control schematic diagram and hydraulic pressure schematic diagram are determined, which provide basis for scheme design. The cause of spin and shaking phenomenon of the section material and influence on production are concluded by researching the ultimate press bending moment, friction and motion of the section material. Its structure, kinematics and force are analyzed based on the research of clamping mechanism. Finally, the improving measures and schemes are proposed to solve several problems that occur in the process of product line run.
