Standardization Of Printing Technology On Smart Card

With the development of economy, the using scope of press product of smart card gets more and more wide, and request of its quality is becoming more and more high. In the flow of inspection the smart card printing, there has been some entirely automatic flow, however, the general standard on smart card printing has not come up abroad. Nowadays the domestic producers do the job mostly depending on experiences, which does not available for long-scale production. Establishing criterion of printing technology of situation on smart card is important to assure steady and consistent quality of product.In this paper, using statistical sample survey and statistics theory and consulting the standard of China Industry and situation of smart card printing, I have done the main tasks as follows:1. Smart card printing technology and quality test-control bar is designed.2. The arts and crafts process of Smart card in Xi'an First Printing is analyzed.3. Guideline systems of standardization of printing technology of Smart card in Xi'an First Printing are consulted.4. Index standard and inspecting way of standardization of printing technology of Smart card in Xi'an First Printing are studied.5. Inspection rules of Index standard of smart card printing are consulted.
