Mathematical Model And Standardization Of Printing Technology On Flexography

With the development of economy, the using scope of press product of flexographic plate gets more and more wide, and request of its quality is becoming more and more high. Establishing criterion of printing technology of situation of flexography is important to assure steady and consistent quality of product of flexographic plate.In this paper, using statistical sample survey and statistics theory and consulting the standard of China Industry and the situation of flexography , I have done the main tasks as follows:1. The factors on affecting visual effect of press reproduction is analyzed.2. The arts and crafts process of Xi'an First Printery is analyzed.3. Guideline systems of standardization of printing technology of Xi'an First Printery are consulted.4. Index standard and inspecting way of standardization of printingtechnology of Xi'an First Printery are studied.5. The variety in the laws of ink gray balance of Xi'an First Printery is studied using three-color mathematical model of flexography.6. Inspection rules of Index standard of flexography are consulted.
