The process calculations on the distillations, absorption-stabilization systemfor fluid catalytic cracking plant were carried out with Pro-II simulation software, Theeffect of process factors such as temperature, pressure, liquid flow and heat-drawingdistribution on the process were analyzed. The properly operation conditions wereobtained.The simulation was carried out based on the conditions of equipment of thedistillation, absorption and desorption systems in the No,1 catalytic cracking plantJinzhou refine factory, The design of equipment reforming for reactor, catalyticdistillation tower, light-diesel stripper, absorption tower ,desorption tower, stabletower, reabsorbtion tower and others were complemented. The property processfactors were defined through mult-factors analysis, It is a good agreement with theresults of calibration report after plant on-stream.The results are useful for the new set-up plant ,plant reforming or operationoptimization.
