And the main technicalparameter has been researched: roll nominal diameter , forward slip of billet , roller avilablelength ,roller revolution(n),roll centre-to-centre spacing regulating amount ,etc. Havedesigned and calculated the parameter of rolling machine such as pressure and rollingmoment , the paper improving the forming performance of blade through selecting thesuitable lubricant for use . Adopting the method of numerical simulation of finite element, reproduce and controlthe deformation accurately during the rolling, quota description metal flow situation in thedeformation range every stage .Analyzes emphatically and imitate the equivalent stress ,equivalent strain and and distribution situations of velocity field, deformation range gridchange, the influence that friction coefficient to neutral angle as well as forward slip, receivedthe suitable deformation parameter through discussing in groups the relation of rollingpressure , coefficient of friction , temperature and distortion speed. Predict the defect that mayappear in the course of deformation, in order to guarantee work piece quality , reduce materialconsume , enhances the productivity and reduce production cost to become a powerful oneauxiliary analyse tools during the roll course, Thus provides the instruction for the sceneproduction .On the basis of above-mentioned research, have carried on the physical analogyexperiment to the warm roller of blade, the obtained workpiece forming quality achieves theanticipated effect.Synthesizes above several point, the craft of blade warm rolling, not only achieve thespecification requirement for the part , the more important thing is , have enhances theproductivity , has economized the raw materials greatly , laid the foundation for the project ofleaf blade production .
