In recent years, with the fast increasing demand of social development for mineral resources, the mine accidents take place more and more frequently. Not only does it influence the producing safely and steadily, but also causes enormous losses to society and enterprises. The investigation indicates that it is one of the main accident of underground mine that the rock mass collapses to take falling in the stope, so, the research of stope rock mass stability and pre-warning is of far reaching importance.According to the correlative achievements at home and abroad ,It has been found that many researches have much to be improved. For example, the analyses and calculating of the rock mass stability, the mechanical data collection of rock mass, the models of the rock fails to reflect its mechanism function, there is big distance between the result of calculation and the fact;In the field of early-warning, the method on the basis of pressing is often used, but the manpower and material resources are consumed so much, we can't use it in everyplace of mining area, only parts of unstable stope can be observed progressively. We observe the unstable part of the stope and predict the danger that may appear. The methods belong to an management afterwards, so it has some certain limitations in the attribute of the safety management;Secondly there is less systematic study but more special one, the analytical method is rough, not deep enough. This text has chosen the main structure factor joints of rock mass to study the stability of the rock mass and to judge the security that mines on the basis of forefathers' research results. According to the statistical analysis of the characteristic data a large number of structure surveyed correctly at first, the structure and the characteristic of the rock mass is imitated at random using Monte Carlo, and the joints in space is measured with the Fractal theory. And then combining the rock mechanics parameter and rock mass structure characteristic, using exploited method to classify the rock mass. All of the analysis and calculation above-mentioned can be operated by the software FWQD drafted by me. At last, use the third party's software (3D surfer ) to show the result of classification visually. Then we can judge the stability state tentatively and the potential safety hazard area. At last, combining the result simulated by the FLAC3D software, we estimated the stability and made early-warning to a stope of Jinlonggou's underground mine in Qinghai province.The tool software (FWQD) with the stronger ability of human-computer interaction in the simulation of joints network, joint fractal confirm, solution of index, classification of rock mass is worked out by use of Monte Carlo law, Fractal theory, the method of exploitment analytic hierarchy process, and preliminary method about the stability safety evaluation and early-warning of rock mass is proposed in the text. This paper studied the visual to early-warning the stope systematically, and structured the visual system tentatively. This results in this research have perfected underground mine safety evaluation and safe early-warning theory further, and do a positive function to ensure the safety in production of underground mine.
