In the field of forming processes for composite materials, filament winding forming process is widely used because of its good performance. The manufacturing process has a directly effect on production. That's a important characteristic to FRP. In the traditional manufacturing process,some sensor or simple device was put on the key place to observe or control all kinds of parameters. That has a lot of disadvantage.With the improvement of technology,high-quality and low-cost are the key target.That made requirement for parameters stricter and stricter. Some parameters,temperature,humidity etc,are strictly controlled in a range.So we need a system which make me know exact parameters anytime and anywhere.This paper analyse the feasibility of data collection system based on S3C44B0X. On the basis of fully using resource on chip,it bring forward a project that using RTOS μC/OS-II as a real time kernel for temperature,pressure and displacement.That make a deeply basis for future research.The paper mainly introduce a situation on FRP process and embedded system.This project is on platform based on S3C44B0.The whole thesis is divided our point:1. Design on data collection system.2. Hardware design for AD transforming and LCD interface.3. The total design of software and the real-time operation system μC/OS-II are introduced.Finally the tasks of system including interruption,plus signal are described.4.
