With its development, flue gas desulphurization focuses on seeking efficiency, lowercosts and reutilization. This thesis proposes the optimization scheme of the 50MW coal-firedutility boiler in order to save Energy, decrease capital cost and operation cost, and realize thereuse, decrease and innoxious disposal of the waste, through the analysis of Flue GasDesulphurization System with Ammonia from home and abroad. The thesis discussed the impact of letting off the desulphurization flue gas by the wetstack and the feasibility of getting rid of GGH. The thesis analyzed the flow of flue gas insideand outside the stack with CFD software and research the setting of the baffle inside thechimney and diffuse situation of the smoke. Meanwhile, the condition in the stack, includingthe moisture content, temperature, pressure etc. will vary after the WFGD equipment isinstalled. The vary will affect the attribution of the parameter of the flue gas and localenvironment. Based on these problems, the thesis analyzed distribution of the pressure, thechange of thickness of contamination etc. before and after WFGD is erected. The proposalwas put forward. The achievement of the thesis will have guidable role to the application of the WFGDwith ammonia and provide an objected basis for the power plants for judging the atabillity, security, economic run for the additive desulphurization units.
