The thermal power enterprise produces plenty of SO2 gas is one of the main sources of atmospheric environmental pollution, while the flue gas desulphurization device(FGD) is the main device for removing SO2 in boiler flue gas, so it is widely used in thermal power enterprises.First of all, introduced the main technology of flue gas desul phurization at home and abroad, combined with the technical data of specific projects, which using the limestone- gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization process, designing engineering and technical index and the ran ge of engineering design;Secondly, according to the principles and requirements of the desulphurization control system, then combined with the actual situation of the project site, the desulphurization control system using Schneider PLC and monitoring software by i FIX; the further design of the desulphurization control system in the hardware system, software system, the overall structure, communication system, power supply system;Thirdly, according to the classificat ion of the desulphurization system, such as flue gas system, gypsum dewatering system, the design of interlocking and sequence control function, analog control system function and alarm and protection function, and has carried on the detailed elaboration;Finally, combined with the i FIX software, the design of monitor system, and show the results of the desulphurization system in the form of pictures and charts.
