| This paper introduces several flue gas desulfurization(FGD) methods and usualevaluation systems home and aboard .It also analyses common technology economicsevaluation methods and emphasizes expense-benefit method.The synthetical evaluationsystem is established based on the expense-benefit method and fuzzy maths.It includesthe definition of evaluating factor's weight,the establishment of evalution factor'smembership function,the solution of membership value,the choose of the fuzzy synthsismethod.At last,the synthetical evaluation of several FGD is done by the establishedevaluation system.Comparing the technology economics of each FGD,it gives advice toselecting the FGD.The paper solves the puzzle of that qualitative factors is hard to bequantified in the technology economics evaluation.
