The Ecological Compensation For Human Disturbance

Environment is not only the basic condition for human's living and development, but the foundation for an Economic society to develop. The human disturbance causes a series of environmental problems. Ecological Compensation is an important measurement to prevent and solve the environmental problem. Although China has taken many kinds of these Ecological compensatory constructions, but it only consider the aspect of social and economy, ignoring the technical side, so the Effect appraisal after the ecological compensation need to be consummated. Except for understanding correctly the current ecological environment under human disturbance and establishing the scientific and reasonable measure of Ecological Compensation is the key to ensure the smoothly carrying of Ecological construction, we need construct the ecological environmental project and solve diversified problem during the ecological construction properly. So it is necessary to do some investigation on the jamming ecological compensation.On the basis of knowing the domestic and foreign study on the ecological compensation, this article analyzed and summarized the successful experience and existed problem, proposed the concept of ecological compensation, the rationale, the theory and method of absorbing reasonably as the theatrical foundation and research method. Besides, the article put forward the principle, measure of ecological compensation of land consolidation to construct the Effect appraisal system of ecological compensation, the system can not only scientifically analyze the implement effect, but by the fieldwork, we can use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the effect and offer the case study and referenced method for the ecological compensation under human disturbance. The full text altogether can be divided into five parts, the content is as follows:The first part deals with exordium. It explains the paper research background;the present situation of domestic and foreign research;the research object;the research significance;the research content;the research mentality and the research method.The second part deals with the ecological compensation theory. By summing up theresearch evolvement and existed problem of ecological compensation, it brings forward the concept of ecological compensation, theoretical base, the technical method, including several kinds of common jamming types.The third part is the ecological compensation of land consolidation. It proposed the concept of ecological compensation of land consolidation and analyzed the effect of land consolidation on the regional ecosystem. What's more, it shows us the principle and measurement of it, and emphasized that we need not only do this considering the social economy, but the technical aspect under the direction of the correlative theory of sustainable development, landscape ecology, and so on. Based on the principle of science, system, usability, ration, the article evaluate the effect of ecological compensation of land consolidation considering the rationality of ecological construction, the stability of ecological function, the properness of ecological environment. Besides, it develops a evaluation frameworks of multiple indexes, and put forward the method of assessment— —the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).The fourth part is a case study. This article takes the farmland consolidation project of Anlu YanDian town, Xin Zha villiage in Hubei Province as a case. Firstly, it analyzes the general situation of these areas, and carries the ecological consolidation to the side-effect of on the environment during the land consolidation. Then it compares the ecological environment of these areas before and after the land consolidation. The index before it is 2.813, after is 4.123, and that means the environment of these areas before the land consolidation is just ordinary, after that it goes better. This indicates that by the ecological compensation during the land consolidation, the ecological environment of the area can be well improved.The fifth part is conclusion, the innovation point existed problem;the further studies direction.
