These plank pieces was shaped by die.It needs one or a large number ofdies for forming.It consumes a great deal of manpower, material resources andtimes to design, manufacturing and adjusting dies.It grows more and moredistinctness of much varieties and small batch with the renewal changes thegeneration of new products. The method of traditional die can't satisfy the demandof the development.Multi—Points Forming Technology is a advanced manufacturing whichcombine flexible manufacture technology and computer technology.It comes truedifferent three-dimension surface forming.Multi — Points Forming equipment is carrier to carry out Multi—PointsForming Technology.It is a hingh science and technology content equipment. If wesimulation and ansys the equipment by Virtual Prototyping technology andsimulation software before manufacture real equipment we can discover viceadvanced, then we amend design project until obtain reasonable project. It ensurethe veracity of theory.Virtual Prototyping is a new technology which combine part design andanalysis technology, create whole model in computer, analyse all sorts of instances,forecast whole capability of the product, and amelioration design, raise the productfunction. Create Three-dimensionmodel in coputer by the software of UG(Unigraphics). Simulate the model byADAMS software.4)Research the influence to Virtual Prototyping model of correlative parameterscombine output curves.Simulate the movement position of manipulator with different pitch. Gainedbetter pitch value.At the same time, simulate the whole Virtual Prototyping modelperformance.Through the output curve we know that the friction torque between srew staffand bearing and friction between manipulator bearing and guide are more and more minishwhen the speed of servo electromotor minished.In practicality manufacture the speed ofservo electromotor should be high.
