The paper detailed to ecological restoration of mining wasteland in both China andabroad and on the Fuxin mining environmental background conditions. Investigated andanalysis for soil pollution, water pollution and vegetation in Haizhou opencut coal mine ofFuxin. The paper expound upon mining wasteland in Fuxin use constraints mainly terrainconditions. According to the soil diagnosis and the vegetation investigation, this paperpropose improved methods of soil, vegetation distribution patterns ecological restorationtechniques. Proposed mining land of ecological restoration and re-use value came to restoreunity with the integration of concepts. The main conclusions are as follows :(1) According to natural ecosystems and the mining wasteland restorationm ecosystemssimilarities, presented by the evolution of natural ecosystems to guide the need for therehabilitation of mining wasteland.(2) The various metals in the waste dump of Haizhou opencut coal mine had followingthe rule: in the plant grown place,the heavy metal can stab 20cm from the surface,and thecontent of heavy metal gradually reduce;But in the place with no plant,the content of heavymetal gradually increase from the surface to the inside;The explanation may be that the plantgrow has the certain function to absorb partial of the heavy metals,therefore the content ofplant grown place is less.(3) The ground water of mining area in Fuxin have been more serious pollution, thevarious chemical elements serious incidents. In Fuxin Mining ground water contamination fortwo main reasons: First, the water pollution caused by mine water discharge, and the other issolid waste discharged and leaching causing water pollution.(4) The waste dump of Haizhou opencut coal mine, the lack of major nutrients fornitrogen, which made use of Seeding or impose Fabaceae plants to improve soil fertility.(5) Mining wasteland in Fuxin use constraints mainly terrain conditions, soil conditions,Irrigation and drainage conditions, based on surveys of soil to the soil improvement of thebasic measures: use Gailiangji, microbial restoration, plant rehabilitation.(6) Total of 63species of natural colonized plants were recorded on the waste dump ofHaizhou opencut coal mine of Fuxin and they belong to 23 families. The main families wereCompositae (15 species), Fabaceae (11 species) and Gramineae (8 species). The dominantspecies on 5-, 10-, 20-, 40-year-old terraces were Tribulus terrestris + Echinochloa hispidula+ Salsola collina, Echinochloa hispidula + Artemisia sieversiana + Artemisia scoparia,Echinochloa hispidula + Clinelymus dahuricus + Artemisia scoparia + Artemisiasieversiana + Melilotus officinalis, Clinelymus dahuricus+Phragmites communis+Echinochloa hispidula+ Setaria viridis, respectively. It is determined that Tribulus terrestriscan act as pioneer species on waste dump and Clinelymus dahuricus, Phragmites communisand Echinochloah hispidula are important dominant species in vegetation restoration inHaizhou opencast coalmine. The study results can provide scientific basis for selecting anddisposing appropriately plant species and rehabilitating vegetation on waste dumps ofcoalmine.(7) through comparing different habitats, vegetation distribution patterns of differentspecies of the main effects, and the main species being of the interaction between proposedsea state strip mine platoon territories market artificial vegetation model into platform slopevegetation distribution patterns and patterns of forest vegetation.
