Transmission chain is the key part of the die-cutting machine, which task is favored with paper enter registering, stamp, hot print, clean part etc, finishing the final treatment of the printed material, its working performance influences the speed and the precision directly or indirectly. However, the studying on transmission chain is very few at present. This text directs against this current situation,on the basis of general chain transmission theory, carries on research to the special assigned chain of die-cutting machine. The main works are as follows:(1)According to the meshing characteristic of the chain transmission, use kinematics knowledge, conduct kinematics analysis on the system, and analysis the regulation of the sub centre on the rolls , thus shoulder design to the sprocket,in order to make chain and sprocket approach the ideal meshing state and to reduce the impact of clench the teeth.(2)According to the real lay-out of the chain of die-cutting machine, using dynamic knowledge,do dynamics analysis, calculate out the most force of the chain system, and carry on vibration analysis to the chain, thus propose kinds of measures to prevent the resonance of the chain system, which has important meanings to improving the stability of chain transmission.(3)Using MATLAB software to carry on programming calculation , design the chain's lay-out , and utilize Pro/E software to carry on model to emulation its sport law, and prove the theory analysis result, thus improve the lay-out of the chain. In order to reduce the sudden change of the acceleration thus achieve the goal of reducing the vibration and noise, design a kind of new association sport law chain guide, which replaced the already existing law guide of movement at the uniform velocity of transition, which has offered precedent for analyzing chain's lay-out.(4)Carry on expire analysis to the chain , and set up the corresponding computing technology of work ability to various kinds of invalid forms , find out the main factors of influencing the life-span. while considering raising the life-span of chain,should considerate improving fatigue life-span and worn life-span , which has offered theoretical foundation for grasping and improving the ability of working performance of the chain.From production reality, convey chain's working performance is researched on. This has important meanings to improve the design level of the domestic die -cutting machine and product specification and shorten the disparity with the advanced die-cutting machine of foreign countries.
