The industry of cotton is the important pillar industry in xinjiang. The technology of feeding seed-cottontoday had become the important problem of cotton production mechanization in xinjiang with the promoting ofcotton harvesting mechanization technology and application, and with machine mining cotton cleaningprocessing equipment widely used. Although automatic feeding flowers equipment has been widely used, suchas the feeding machine of guide rail type, feeding machine and large chain bed buttress type feeding machine.But the three types of flower feeding machine were not flexible, low productivity, safety loophole and needmore labor problems, which restricting the further development of fully mechanized cotton production.The paper had researched on feeding machine hydraulic system of feeding machine of guide rail type basedon the analysis of present situation at home and abroad. The main technical parameters such as pressure, flowrate of hydraulic system were determined through load weight of scattering flowers and cotton mold with theactual requirement of continuous evenly feed in the production of cotton processing. Main components wereselected to model and simulate, and analyzed its dynamic characteristic. The cotton feeding machine of guiderail had chosen to meet the requirements of the work with hydraulic system components. The hydraulic systemwas established and control system was designed in the hydraulic simulation software AMESim environment.The dynamic characteristics of bending resistance, the hydraulic system load, pipeline, energy accumulator et alwere analyzed with the optimization principle. And the optimization experiment according to the principle ofthe optimal hydraulic system of hydraulic system. Finally comparing the optimization results with the test. Theresearch had achieved the following results:(1) The system pressure was calculated and determined with the theory analysis. The maximum pressure was20mpa and minimum was16mpa. The maximum flow was68.532L/min and minimum68.532L/min.(2) The hydraulic system model of cotton feeding machine of guide rail was established. The main hydrauliccomponents such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder were analyzed under the condition of changing load inthe hydraulic simulation software AMESim environment. The dynamic characteristic of the pipeline,accumulator, etc were studied according to the simulation results using the optimization principle. The resultsshowed that the greater the load, the greater the load of element impact and the compression on hydraulic oil.The greater the young modulus of piping materials, the faster the response of the system and the motionstability was better. The shorter of the pipe length and the faster the system response if the piping material at thesame time. The smaller the diameter and the faster system response under the condition of meeting traffic.(3) The related curves of the components in the hydraulic system can be quick to map using AMESimsimulation software. It was convenient analysis, and the platform had a short development cycle, low costadvantages compared to the actual test. The software can simulate the characteristics curve.of the originalcomponent through the existing model and HCD library structures.The results not only had guiding significance for the construction of the hydraulic system to cotton feedingmachine of guide rail, also lay a certain foundation to subsequent product production and prototype of cottonfeeding machine of guide rail.
