The environmental impact assessment is defined using a tracking inspectionway to analyze, forecast and assess the environmental impacts which will happenedafter the instruction project's implement, and provide countermeasure to prevent ormoderate the blight of the environment. This thesis analyzes the ROHM (Located inTianjin Economic Technological Development Area) electronic project'senvironment impact through theory and demonstration respectively.This thesis will firstly confirm the project's assessment grade, contents,implement standard and range, then carry out environment impact assessmentthrough atmosphere, water, noise and solid waste aspects. I will confirm the targetvalue according to the atmosphere pollution of the environment factor;calculate theevaluation index number and the pollution shares' rate, and adopt the Gaussdispersion mode and day average value calculation mode to calculate the impact ofatmospheric environment during different stabilization and different wind speedwhich is influenced by the project's craft waste gas drain;I will demonstrate thedrain feasibility of production waste water and living waste water according to it'ssewage disposal technique, and adopt noise decaying mode and noise superposesmode to forecast noise environment. I will also analyze the solid waste, cleanproduction, public participation, environment economic benefit and environment riskfrom different angles, which are produced by this project. I will finally providesome advices and suggestions regarding this project's contamination drain condition,contamination control countermeasure, environment impact's range and extent,project's environmental feasibility, environment protection's countermeasure and soon.
