The Environmental Impact Assessment Research Regarding The ABE Project

Sustainable development has become a goal commonly recognized by the international community. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is an important tool to achieve sustainable development, EIA for construction projects has become a legal requirement in most of the countries in the world. The EIA is defined using a tracking inspection way to analyze, forecast and assess the environmental impacts which will happened after the instruction project's implement, and provide countermeasure to prevent or moderate the blight of the environment.Acetone,Butanol and Ethanol (ABE)are widely used.This thesis analyzes the ABE project's environment impact.This environment impact assessment of atmosphere and water aspects have been carried out.This wastewater is a high concentration of organic wastewater effluent, the biodegradability of good, the main use of mature technology, the extensive application process line UASB + CASS. Effluent quality can be achieved"Discharge standard for municipal wastewater"(CJ3082-1999) , COD≤500mg/L,BOD≤300 mg/L,SS≤400mg/L,NH₃-N≤35mg/L,pH=6-9.Fermentation of solvent exhaust emissions Emissions of CO₂, H₂ and a small amount of solvent emissions, steam. By using the CO₂ purification recovery system processing.The environment risk produced by this project has been analyzed.I provide some suggestions regarding this project's contamination control countermeasure, contamination drain condition, environment protection's countermeasure and so on.
