It has been a worldwide important subject for research that how to deal with theheavy oil , with the crude oil is more serious quality and the product structure is morelight quality . Visbreaking is a kind of important means of lighting the heavy oil .In fact,it is a light thermal cracking , which purpose is to deal with the raw materials , such asthe heavy and high viscidity oil ( the vacuum residue, the half deoiling asphalt in recentyears)mainly. The pour point will be depressed in the process, it can be reached byblending with light oil alsoly. There is another product of light fuel in the process . It hasmany good characteristics such as the little investment of device, the low operating theexpenses low ,the high dependability , and no product of coke. The improvement of theresidual oil quality can improve efficiency of furnace , and reduce the pollution of theexhaust gas . there are extremely important social economic benefits.The oil refinerytechnology has been drived with the development of the residue visbreaking,such asVisbreaking-Delayed Coking and Visbreaking-Deasphalting . There are many kinds ofVisbreaking, such as the furnace-tube thermal cracking, the reactor colunm cracking andthe Hydrovisbreaking. Although Visbreaking has been aged, but the reactor is columnandfurnace-tube yet. How to delay the producting rate , improve the production quality ,improve the reactor rigor degree and improve the proportion of light fuel without noabout-turn units are more factual issue。So we should begin with the existing units,investigate and optimize the system of the Vacuum Residued Oil Visbreaking, then wewill get it, improve the economic benefits of the whole units.The task is to find out the conditions of restraining the Residues Coking, delayingthe Residues cracking with experimentation and process simulation. There is no hydrogen.To industrialize the unit, we will use the existing laboratorial unit, a 100kg/h ResiduesVisbreaking unit.With the research of the experimentations, we will simulate the processof Residues Visbreaking with the advanced software DesignII and analysis theresults.Then we will get to the optimized conditions ot the operation.With the status of the industrialized units, we will give out the projects of theprocess and device's conditions...
