Oil distillated in porous medium is one of mechanisms that steam drive to heavy oil recovery.This is because of the crude oil distillation feature in high temperature. In the processing,intensity distillation technology has advanced recently for oil serious more and more. But thistechnology has been used widely in low pressure and without porous medium. Take intensitydistillation technology using in steam drive has not been public. Qi 40 block of Liaohe oil field isa steam drive test model. In order to improve the recovery of this model, we researched themechanism of intensity distillation recovery depend on geologic characteristics and developmentstatus.So, through test and numerical simulation of Qi 40 block, we departed the steam distillationeffect from steam drive and quantized it. Based on which, according to the recovery feature andoil characteristics of block, we inquired into microscopic mechanism of heavy oil steam drive,developed intensity additive agent which suitable for using in heavy oil steam drive, inspect theresult and the effect to formation and composition of reservoir.Oil steam distilling test analyzed the effect of porous medium,initial oil volume,temperatureand pressure,heated steam and injection rate on steam distillation yield. Founding the regressioncurve of oil properties and steam distilling yield, being used to forecast steam distilling yield.Steam distilling yield numerical simulation is based on this test, used distillation curve, dividedoil into some limited component, used P-R equation,developed accurate model , programmed aset of the computer system, simulated distillation in laboratory. At last , programmed injectingsteam modeling skill program, used to count steam distilling productivity when oil-gas-waterthree phases are balanced in laboratory. Strengthen distillation additive agent is developed basedon intensity distilling mechanism in chemical industry,selected arene thickener, surface activityagent and new activity agent for test, through analyzing the effect to steam distillation , reachedthe best ratio. Through the test result to steam drive and recovery,it hasn't hurt to porousconfiguration and mineral composition, and enhanced the perfection to wettability, improvedsteam distilling, and at the same time improved swept volume of steam and steam driveproduction.
