The exploitation of mine can breath us wellbusiness benefit, nevertheless, it also can bring serious influence either to human life orsurrounding environment. According to statistic, the land(include a large amount ofagricultural and forest land) that was destroyed or occupied by the waste stone ofgangue was up to 18.7-24 thousand sq. km in 2000, but the growth has already heated ahigh speed of 300-400 sq. km every year. It is serious threats to our country because ofthe large number of human but little or no per capita cultivated land and per capita areaof forest land. It will cause our society more difficults in the future. The dischargedwaste liquid of gangue has seriously polluted the groundwater resources, and also theharmful composition contained in the gangue has caused very heavy pollution to theland. The gangue has influenced the quaternary environment that mankind lives. Itmeans that we must give an effective control on the gangue that harmful to human, andalso give a useful management to the polluting caused by the gangue.In recent years, abroad countries, such as Britain, the former Soviet Union, Canadaand U.S.A., etc all pay much attention to the integrated utilization of the gangue, theyinvest large amount of fund to research the integrated utilization technology of thegangue and get obvious economic and social benefits. Fortunately, our country has alsogained some progress and achievement in the integrated utilization research of metalmine gangue. Face to the serious situation of the mineral resources which is in poorsupply of future, more and more person will realize that the gangue utilize has moreeconomic significance, environmental protection benefits and the effect of mineralresources continuatable supply. For the importance of gangue utilization, we listed itpreferentially in the projects of " Chinese Agenda 21 Century " at the first batch.In this article, we aim to give an integrated analysis and utilization research to thegangue of "Ultra Poor Magnetic Iron Ore of Chuzhangzi in Hebei Manzhu AutonomousCounty of Qinglong ", this enable the gangue can be fully utilized and finally reach tothe fact that without gangue. We also plan to build environmental iron ore mine,establish the economic system of environmental circulation. This can give mankindmore economic benefits, and at the same time can minimize the danger in thequaternary.This iron ore is extremely poor magnetic iron ore. In this text, we have designed akind of simply ore mill run technological process for this magnetic iron ore, which is awell technology in producing rate of fine iron powder and high rate of recovery, andalso it is apt to recycle of the powder. This Gangue is mainly: Chlorite, apatite, quartz,potassium feldspar, etc. In this text, I have consulted to a lot of literature. To differentcompositions of this gangue, all of the literature can offer me more choices onintegrated utilization of it.
