Technical And Economic Analysis Of Comprehensive Utilization Project Of Gangue In Hulusu Coal Mine

In the process of construction and production,large amounts of solid waste--gangue--will be produced in the well coal mines.Because of the traditional treatment of gangue,surface accumulation will seriously affect the surrounding ecological environment and bring great threats and hazards.In recent years,the National Environmental Protection policy has been tightening up and put forward higher requirements for the deep and harmless treatment of coal gangue.Therefore,how to eliminate the harm brought by gangue and maximize the benefit of use of gangue is an urgent problem in modern mines.Ordos region,as the main coal energy production area of the National 13 th five-year plan,is responsible for the important task of the National basic energy supply.Considering the fragile ecological environment of the region,it is of great practical significance and demonstration significance to study the feasibility of comprehensive utilization of gangue in large Jinggong coal mine.This paper takes the comprehensive utilization project of Hulusu coal mine in Hujierte as an example,through the detailed analysis of various ways under the current situation of comprehensive utilization of gangue,and the characteristics of mine gangue,chooses the comprehensive utilization method of unloading the coal for the scraper conveyor suitable for the mine.Taking into account the actual situation of the mine,the intelligent and efficient discharge scheme is put forward.The feasibility of the project is fully demonstrated from the aspects of market demand,key technology,organizational plan and economic benefits.Finally,the author draws the conclusion that this project is suitable,technically feasible,demonstration effect is obvious,internal economic benefit and social benefit are outstanding.This paper systematically studies the suitable use of gangue in Hujierte mining area,and discusses the positive effects of the construction and implementation of the project in detail.For the surrounding area and even the Ordos area mining mining similar projects to provide a very valuable reference.
