Optimization Of HSE In Petroleum Drilling

This article is based on the assistance to my tutor's research of "Optimization of HSE in Petroleum Drilling". It is finished in my diligently study of master' degree.This article is mainly focus on my research of various work conducted in the whole project. It is consist of the following substance: diagnose and analysis of theHSE of KDC, safety assessment of petroleum drilling, development of risk warningmodel and plan on construction of safety culture of KDC , etc.KDC harvested a good result in safety since 1998 when it began to run the HSE. But, contrast with the advanced enterprises in petroleum industry, it still have weak point in the practices of various HSE rules & in the risk management and the construction of safety cultures. Its discussion details are announced in the 2nd chapter. Facing on these gaps, we finished the safety assessment firstly, it summarizes on thetheories, technological process and result of safety assessment in the 3rd chapter. The4th chapter is mainly focus on the statement of the theory and implement of methodology in HSE, detail is announced in the risk warning model and the model of erasing the hidden trouble and the plan on construction of safety culture.We arranged on special chapters to discuss some achievements in the research,such as the software of risk database, handbook about the culture of safety and etc.
