Metallurgy is an important real economic industry of our country.The production process of metal smelting is rather complicated,during which an enterprise is required to pay attention to personnel,equipment,materials and goods,operating environment and many other aspects with overlapping risks that would easily lead to security accidents.Establishment of a security warning system enables us to predict these risks in advance and thus effectively avoid accidents.With the blast furnace of ironworks as the model,by applying safety system engineering,safety evaluation,safety warning theory,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy mathematics theory and other methods,the author built a safety warning system in this paper.Firstly,for the production layout,personnel and equipment use and other situations of the ironwork of certain iron and steel enterprise,the author adopted job risk analysis method(LEC)to conduct risk assessment,deciding the risk level of the main hazard source of the system and the major monitoring measures to be taken.After that,according to risk level,the author determined the first and second level of security warning indicators for the security warning assessment model,established the indicator system of early-warning monitoring,and defined the earlywarning threshold for each early-warning indicator.Furthermore,the author built the security warning assessment model,for which the corresponding warning criteria,methods and levels were also prescribed.With analytic hierarchy process,the author set the weight coefficients of indicators at all levels;with fuzzy evaluation,the author completed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the first and second level of the monitoring indicators,which led to the assessment result of the safety production early-warning evaluation model.With the security warning assessment result,the author proposed controlling and improving measures for early-warning indicators and verified the effectiveness of this early-warning model.Finally,the author discuss the implementation scheme of the security early warning model.According to the actual operation result of the safety early warning model,the control and improvement measures of the early warning index are put forward.the author analyzed the actual operating effects of the safety warning model,whose results conformed to the present safety management situation of 5 blast furnace.The results also indicated a effective improvement to the safety management level of 5 blast furnace as well as effective controlling or reducing of accidents.
