Based on thermodynamic and kinetic theory, high efficient and multifunctional phosphate solution at room temperature has been developed, confirming some effective accelerants from Φ-t curve, CuSO4 drop time and contents curve, and optimizing certain contents for accelerants by the orthogonal design. At the same time, some different factors such as temperature, pH and phosphating time have been investigated. Otherwise, phosphating will be done efficiently when the rate of Ca(NO3)2 and NaClO3 is 1:1(wt). In the phospate solution, basic solvent is consist of H3PO4, NaH2PO4, and ZnO;and the accelerants are consist of (NH4)6MoO24·4H2O, Ca(NO3)2, NaClO3, H2O2, HAS, C6H12N4, Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O, phytic acid, citric acid, 6501, OP-10 and NP-7. When the value of pH is 1.52 and phophate time is 15min, the jade-green and transparent phosphate solution is fine.In addition, accelerants such as phytic acid, HAS or H2O2 which is up to date and unpolluted have been applied in the paper. Simultaneously, phosphate coating formed has been acquired by electrochemistry method. Then it has been proved to meet the nation criterions by some testing means such as Tafel polarized curve, metallography picture, XPS.The samples with oil and rust have been reviewed to ensure the final impact for phosphate solution based on practical phosphating. Phosphate solution invalidates after dealing with sample covered 12m2/L, with the pH value higher. It will work again when H3PO4, citric acid and some accelerants are added. At the same time, ultrasonic phosphating has been studied primarily.
