Study On The Evaluation Of Land Resources Ecological Security In Wugang County

Land resources is the material base for human beings' existence and development. With the increase of population and economic development, ecological environment of land resources is severely destroyed. As one important aspect of ecological security, ecological security of land resources is the frontier of research into sustainable use of land resources, which is very significant. However, the research into ecological security and evaluation of land resources is still at an early stage.Based on the theories related to land and ecology, the ecological security of land resources in this paper was defined as its undestroyed system structure, and the ecological system should meet human beings' need for existence and development. With the object of sustainable use of land resources, based on the analysis of using condition of land resources and ecological environment in Wugang, the paper adopted the method of System Analysis and Delphi and established a target system which was suitable to the local land resources, including three subsystems: land natural resources, economy of land resources and society of land resources, and 24 indicators. The paper combined Analytic Hierarchy Process with Information Cntropy to evaluate ecological security in Wugang. The result showed: among 19 townships in Wugang, integrated ecological security value in Dengyuantai, Toutang, Longtian were respectively: 0. 7096, 0. 6852, 0. 6589, which were safer than that in Wenping and Shuijinping where the values were respectively 0.4737 and 0.4843, which were in danger, and the values in the left 14 townships were between 0. 5 and 0. 6, which were in warning status. In general, ecological security value in Wugang was still inlow level, that' s in warning status. For ecological security of land resources, the paper divided the whole area into East Hill and Middle-Low Mountain&Plain Ecological Construction Zone, Middle Zishui River Ecological Construction Zone, South Middle Mountain Ecological Construction Zone. Finally, according to the analysis of ecological economy and ecological function in every Ecological Construction Zone, the paper put forward some proposals for key ecological issues such as combating soil erosion, improving ecological environment in mining zone and solving the problem of drought in the East Zone;perfecting irrigation facilities and improving land quality in the Middle Zone;with the development of tourism, solving water pollution in the Zishui river and strengthening environmental protection in the South Zone.
