As to improve the efficiency of Chlor-Alkali industry's water using, pinch technology has been introduced in setting water-saving system, enhancing the potential of water saving. After analyzed the status quo of the water resource in SCACC , measured the balance of water network of the PVC plant, evaluated the present water using system, optimized process of water reuse has been achieved.During the process, water pinch technology has been applied in PVC workshop which full of water using operation units and wastewater regeneration units. And in less water using units workshop, water reuse project was got by intuitional judgment. On the base of the water integration unit of workshop, a multiworkshop water integration process has been extended and optimized. Without thinking of the regeneration of wastewater, ten water reusing project has been claimed. At the same time, considering about mix centrifugal mother liquid reuse, a view of using the mixture of steam condensed water and regeneration mother liquid in preparation of demineralized water or as circulating water has been put forward, and a process of centrifugal mother liquid regeneration is also provided.
