This paper main describes the preparation of nanoscale polymeremulsion without emulgator using special technology and equipmentand the preparation of water dispersed, normal temperature selfcrosslinking, high performance, environmentally friendly watery nanoaluminum plastic paint by adding watery stable aluminum pigment tothe nano emulsion. The watery nano aluminum plastic paint eliminatesvarious problems found in the ordinary paint and the nano-filled paint,displaying a strong metal texture and a glistening metal sheen, and canreplace the traditional oil paint and solvent type aluminum plastic paint,solvent type metallic fluoride-carbon paint for external wall and others.And the paint, with stable performance, is made in a simple productionprocess, without toxic, harmful substances or environmental pollution,suitable for various base materials. The watery nano aluminum plasticpaint with excellent performance that is environmentally friendly hasexcellent wash fastness, very strong aging resistance and hiding power,giving a glittering sheen of metal, with plumpy paint film. It requiresno strict construction conditions and can be applied to any basematerial in a roll painting, spray painting or brush painting process.With an excellent price performance ratio, it can achieve the effect ofthe aluminum plastic composite plate in appearance, but its price is farlower than that of the aluminum plastic composite plate.In this study, the watery nano polymer emulsion is used as the filmforming matter to examine and investigate the stability of watery stabletype aluminum pigment in the emulsion and its addition mode andmethod and other related problems. The formula and productiontechnology for the watery nano aluminum plastic paint in a stableproduction process have been developed and the watery nanoaluminum plastic paint product with excellent performance has furtherbeen manufactured.Technical characteristics and innovativeness1. Technical characteristicsThe product is made by using the nano polymer emulsion as thefilm forming matter and adding the most advanced watery stable typealuminum pigment in the world specially developed by Eckart GmbH& Co. KG. in Germany for car's finish paint. In addition to having allthe characteristics of the ordinary emulsion paint, it has a glisteningsheen of metal and a fine, smooth and plumpy paint film, and it cancompletely replace the solvent type metallic paint. The paint containsno toxic, harmful substances and its heavy metal content and VOCcontent are far lower than that of the lowest limit requirementsstipulated in the national standard of China. In addition to the abovecharacteristics, the product also has incomparable advantages in theconstruction work over the solvent type metallic paint andfluoride-carbon paint. The product requires no strict constructionconditions and can be applied to different base material in a spraypainting, roll painting or brush painting and other processes. It isimpossible for any other metallic paint to do this. The low-cost andgood-effect paint can be used as a substitute for the traditional solventtype oil paint.2. Innovativeness⑴ With an amphiphilic structure, it is made by using the preparationtechnology without emulsion to improve the technical level of theresin.⑵ The resin is synthesized by using nanotechnology.⑶ The watery stable type aluminum pigment specially used forhigh-grade car's finish paint is added to the above nano polymeremulsion, giving it a glittering sheen of metal and ultralong agingresistance and strong wash fastness.The watery nano aluminum plastic paint is self cross linked atnormal temperature, contains no solvent, environmentally friendly, hasa monomial molecular structure, can be washed with water at will, hasa very long service life and a smooth elegant paint film and the selfclean, antibacterial, moldproof, anti-alga ability, without toxicity or offodor, and has excellent processing performance, mechanical shearresistance, freeze-thaw resistance, workability and protective anddecorative performance.
