with the rapid industral development of Jinlin Province ,there are more and moreabandoned chemical reagents venting to environment , while the amount of them isstupendously increasing gradually. These reagents exist lots of dangerous elements, which canseriously damage human themselves and natural environment that people live depend on.However, nowadays we can't still find any effective measures to deal with the abandonedchemical reagents. Therefore, the problem of how to deal with these abandoned reagents hasbeen an important task. Through systematical research of dangerous reagent disposaltechnique home and abroad,I suppose that the combustion course of cement gyrus kiln canafford a relative perfect condition to deal with abandoned chemical reagents, and it may be abetter measure .The experiment aims at chemical characteristis of heavy mental , andinvestigate systematically combustion of cement processed material with heavy mentalreagents. Through the experiment ,I have analyzed the mechanics capability of cementprocessed material and the quantity of every heavy mental. The result of this experimentindicates:1 Effect that accession of heavy mental reagents to mineral of cement : Mineral ofcement processed material that appends a few heavy mental is nearly the same as before.When appending every kind of heavy mental separately, main minerals of cement material isnot changing any more. The xrd graphs of every processed material of cement are similar.2 Effect that accession of heavy mental to fastness of cement: We can find from data ofcement fastness that change of fastness is very little .The reason is that quantity of heavymental accession is small, and this can't affect fastness of cement seriously. From theliterature home and abroad ,if we put into a lot of heavy mental reagents ,different heavymental affects fastness of cement differently;If we put into the same kind mental ,butdifferent quantity ,effect is also different.3 Quantity of heavy mental exudation from cement that swings in with heavy mental: wecan find that heavy mental reagents can be used well as cement material ,and quantity ofevery kind of heavy mental exudation is quite small after cement sample to hydrate 28ds.Thedata has been lower than the standard of toxicity of industry solid waste .Even quantity ofsome heavy mental reagents have not been decected out. The reason of this phenomenon maybe the gelation of C-S-H;on the other hand , heavy mental may combine into cement slurrywith other configuration , including new compound, which replaces Ca , combine withcement slurry, and form steady matter. Therefore, this can reduce quantity of heavy mental,and lighten effect to human and environment. From the analysis above, we can get the conclusion that change of diversified capabilityof cement with accession of heavy mental reagents is very small, while The data has beenlower than the standard of toxicity of industry solid waste. Even quantity of some heavymental reagents have not been decected out. These heavy mental can't affect environment anymore. So we can put definite heavy mental into cement during the combustion as cementmaterial.
