The numerical control turret is the important component and key function part of the CNC tool machine. At present, the numerical control turret, according to the related occasion of the host machine can be divided into three grades as high, middle and low, among them, middle-and-low-grade numerical control turret adopt mechanical structure for the first indexing and ordinary torque motor as power, however, its structure is complicated, dependability is not high. Top-grade servo turret adopts the servo motor to make power and reaches a close-ring position control , then, the machinery structure is not adopted for the first indexing. So, its simple structure and high dependability are adopted widely to the top-grade CNC tool machine. And the key technology of the servo turret is the position control technology.With the development of modern electric and electronic technology, control technology and computer technology, the application technology of motor gets its further development too.Its use has already left simple offering power and park-upping for accurate controlling of speed , position , torque ,etc, therefore, it satisfies the ideal requirement of its driving mechanical movement, and realizes accurate mechanical movement control , position control and these synthesis.This thesis rises from the high speed, the high performance servo turret development project of the SMTCL.The mechanism design is completed by Solidworks.It has completed the design of servo turret control system hardware and the software as well as the development of the servo tool rest real-time monitoring software -servo turret control system.Permanent magnetism synchronous motor exchange servo system combines control technology with permanent magnetism synchronous motor, modern electric and electronic technology to form new-type interchange servo system, and because of its good operation performance, it becomes one of the focus study in contemporary electric transmission field.Base on digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A ,this thesis has studied and designed its controller system by the research object of permanent magnetism synchronousmachine.The thesis has analyzed permanent magnetism synchronous motor mathematical model and studied permanent magnetism synchronous motor vector control method and the spatial vector pulse wide principle (SVPWM) ,discussedthe position ring, the speed ring and the current ring control method, designed the model reference fuzzy auto-adapted positioner, the PI speed controller and the PI current controller and set up permanent magnetism synchronous motor exchange servo control system, then, all are applied to the servo turret control.Analyzing from the simulation and the test result, using the vector control, the PI control, the fuzzy control which base on the DSP chip are feasible, therefore, this thesis has a great practical significance in impelling our upscale numerical control turret.
