Application on the character modeling and simulation of cutting mechanism of aquatic harvesting equipment in 9GSCC-1.4H based on secondary development technology of Pro/E, the key technology that basic process of development of Pro/E, compile of source file, create of executable file, registration and run are solved using C language and Pro/TOOLKIT. Parameter modeling of standard pieces and establishing base of nonstandard pieces are achieved using the second development tool of FAMILY TAB and PROGRAM in Pro/E. In order to ensure design feasibility, Firstly workout Optimized system of cutting mechanism using VB language, Ensuring the the highest work efficiency, Confirm initializing area using method of advance and retreat, Secondly carry through search of one dimension using method of golden section, put up search of two dimension using method of variable exchange, Optimize work velocity,rotate speed of winch and advance distance using method of sequential unconstrained minimization technique, Main parameter of fork and be optimized. Cutting capability can be testified by the cutting drawing, at last import appropriate parameter to character model, three-dimensional solid drawing are created by parameter driving, cutting mechanism are automatically assembled on the basis of conceive of from top to bottom, and motion simulation according to given rule under the servo drive, Two dimension project drawing of each part and collectivity are exported. A open design environment of optimize design of cutting mechanism and exploitation of series of product are provided by above all process, at the same time, the function of Pro/E is effectively expanded, the dialog box that created using C language is greatly transfer in the interface of Pro/E, man-machine conversation is realized greatly, an applied technical measure is afforded for digital design.
