Air pollutant concentration is determined by pollutant source parameters, meteorological factors and near underlying surface layer parameters. Meanwhile, air pollutant dilution and diffusion rate is confined by meteorological conditions and underlying surface layer status along with air pollutant disappearance approaches. According to Turbulent Diffusion Theory, this thesis uses impact of air dilution and diffusion factors such as air pollutant source parameters, weather factors and near underlying surface layer status to establish a Lagrange Air Pollutant Diffusion Model. In this thesis, it adopts air pollutant gross that is composed of high chimney pipe sources, low chimney pipe sources and surface sources pollution etc. it establishes the Lagrange Coordinate System by several main directions of cumulated wind rose charts. When long-term average concentration model is applied, it needs a correction coefficient to modify the influence of meteorological factors and the uncertainty of underlying surface layer parameters to the model. The isoline concentration maps are drawn in order to demonstrate the relations between air pollutant distribution and meteorological factors. At the same time, this model is applied to predict and simulate air pollutant concentration around Guangdong Zhanhua joint-stock company in order to account for the effect of this model. According to the correlation analysis and statistic hypothesis testing for the result, it indicates a perfect effect, which is elaborated on under bellows:(1) During simulating air long-term average pollutant concentration, long-term average wind rate is applied to this model. According to the influence of air pollutant source parameters, weather factors, approach underlying surface layer and non-linearity reaction, the correction coefficient is to modify final simulate value, which perfectly resolves the problem of the result probability and complexity actually. Therefore, the result of the model is more reliable.(2) Long-term monitoring average concentration isoline map and simulating air pollutant concentration isoline map are drawn by drawing function of surfer 8.0 software. Compared simulating air pollutant concentration isoline maps with cumulating wind rose chart, it comes to be a conclusion that air pollutant concentration underlying main wind direction is obviously higher than others, at the same time there will be a highest concentration area underlying main wind direction.(3) Correlation coefficient of long-term average pollutant concentration and...
