| Dipyridamole is a kind of anti-platelet coagulation andselectivecoronary arterial dilated agent,and effective oncardiovascular systemdisease therapy. Dipyridamole soft capsuleswere prepared. A UVmethod for determination of the dissolutionwas built,the calibrationcurve was linear in the concentrationrange of 3.51～21.06μg/ml.AHPLC method for determination ofdipyridamole was studied, thecalibration curve was linear in theconcentration range of 7.96～31.84μg/ml.The average recovery was100.2%, RSD was 1.19%.
